Naruto Episode 5-You Failed! Kakashi’s Final Decision

Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke are trying to get the bell from Kakashi, but time is running out for Naruto and his team. Because of they make individual moving each other, not one of them coluld get a bell. Naruto challenge Kakashi one by one, till he get trap by Kakashi. Sakura just concentrate his fokus to Sasuke without attention Naruto although he is front of her. And Sasuke just take advantageous from both of situation. Kakakshi tells them shinobi who disobey the rules, are worse than trash, but those that abandon their comrades, are even worse than that.

Kakashi then lectures them about teamwork, and the whole reason why they were put into 3 man teams. He gives Sasuke and Sakura permissions to eat from the bento boxes, and leaves the scene. So What is the true meaning of Kakashi decision?
